What to expect...

Therapy sessions are tailored to you and to your goals.
When you first contact me to schedule a free 15 minute consultation, or to make an appointment, I will learn a little more about you and your presenting concerns to ensure I am a good fit for your needs.
We would then schedule an initial therapy appointment, and at that time I will send you consent paperwork to complete via a secure online portal. You will be able to use this portal (found HERE) to view my appointment availability, request or cancel session times, manage your payment methods and receive insurance documents.
Your intake session will be 90 minutes long. During that time I will get to know you, your history, and your goals for therapy. Subsequent sessions are 60 to 90 minutes long, depending on the therapy modality.
The length of treatment is individualized and depends on a variety of factors. After one or two sessions I will be able to give you a general idea of your expected time in treatment based on your concerns, goals, and the intended treatment methods. As we work together your goals and priorities could shift, which may change the length of treatment.
I offer evening and weekend appointments, as well as online video sessions.
